Finally completed the repair of the chassis. Swapped the wheel cylinders and brake calipers from the Orange Ghia which were good but replaced the metal and rubber brake lines. Installed a new master cylinder as well. Married the body to the chassis and looks nice and solid. I have a door alignment issue but i read a few things on correcting that. Going through everything one by one and hope to have a complete car before too long!

Here are some pics of the chassis right before it went under the body!

I'm getting ready to put the engine back in the ghia do I can move it around and found the air flaps on one side were rusted so they can't move. I'll get them green up and clean the rust but should I grease them when I put them back together?

Thanks

The flaps have bronze bushings, the linkage does not. A bit of grease wont hurt, but will wash away sooner or later.
