He thinks Type 4 engines are the same as a 914... not exactly.

I would ask if it has a 914 engine, wheat happened to the original one?

I know nothing about 914 engines but the engine pic looks like a pia to do anything except change the coil. And automatic? That's gay!

But, on a more serious note... It's probably not a 914. Similar, yes. But he's probably trying to capitalize on the VW/Porsche relationship that actually has very little bearing on the provenance of his 411.

Just the same, it looks real nice and that's a very fair price if it is as clean as it looks.
