Those free pancakes are so not worth it. Tried to go last year at around 8 am and couldn't find any parking. Last night at the IHOP near me my friend said there was a 2 hour wait. I passed the parking lot and it looked even worse than last year. Much faster and tastier to make some homemade pancakes in my opinion!
