In Southampton watching on a 9" TV. We had to out aluminum foil on the antenna to get any reception but I clearly remember the voices of mission control giving the step by step announcements. A great moment to remember. :P

Actually put aeronautical engineer down as a possible career choice for years after that.

At home in Queens, watching it on a huge (23 in) Dumont. Hard to believe it's been 45 years.
I'm not an air cooled snob , I like them all !

I was still in diapers, but I remember looking out the back door at the moon telling my dad "there's nobody on the moon, I can see it" and being summarily shushed.
