Although their are people that unfortunately bend the rules for personal gain, I'd personally like to see what the deal is with this guy, getting the full picture before I pass judgement. Not sure if our dog loving freind is in the right field if he has a physical handicap, but if he has one leg and is still building decks and swinging hammers, kudos to him.

Sure... and he drives them in his work truck.

A few weeks ago I saw a new Corvette with a handicap plate. Obviously he has no problem getting in and out of such a low and tight car.

We all know handicap plates are abused.

I too hate abuse, but I have no room to judge. I don't know their story. My first thought was along the same lines as Raj.
