That's a VERY tempting offer, Raj. Thank you. I doubt there's any way I can swing it though. I'm taking a week off work in July, going back for two days, then taking off another three. I'm going to end up behind on my maintenance at work as it is, I don't want to get the boss too PO'd at me. If I can make it happen I will let you know.

Hubba hubba.

Every few months Raj surprises me by having an awesome car he worked-on that I didn't know about.

Thanks... I have a few in my arsenal, some of which just don't get the attn they deserve at the moment due to competing priorities. They however do make an appearance every now and then.

'forgive me father at its been 3 years since my last post'
seriously.... WTF!

Been working like a DOG, both at work and home. Lately, Im trying to sneak into the garage late night when everyone is asleep and I cant work on the house. Been slowly chipping away at all my cars, and turning down side jobs in an effort to give my cars the attn they deserve. My 'daily' vws of course get the focus, with the more toy like ones like the 65 falling by the waste side.

The poor 65, has been sleeping for years. Installed a 4 inch beam in it a few years ago, and had to move on to other cars, so she has been shuffled around from corner to corner. The poor car is getting a little beat up. Shes next on the list. I recently changed the fuel pump that was working intermittently and last night, she fired right up. Its nice to hear those straight cut gears again..... And that A1 exhaust... like music to my ears. I need to tighten up that front beam and make all is good, but man, I cant wait to take this thing out for a cruise.
