Steering wheel conversion

Hi guys I have a 1974 super Beetle and I'm looking to change the steering wheel from the original to a 12in after market one. I was wondering how involve it is to do this and what conversion parts would I need. Thank you Kevin

Kevin, you'll need to find out if the wheel you want to use offers a wheel boss that matches the splines on the 74 Beetle. Not all companies make wheel bosses that will mate to our VWs. There are some that are however intended for the late model Beetles, and yiu.l see quite a few of them out at shows in the season.
I'm sure Grant and Momo offer the correct kit to mount the wheels.
