1968 Bumper Bracket color
Anyone know if on a '68 bay were the bumper brackets were painted the same color as the bumper? Or the splash pan?

Assuming you are referring here to the rear bumper - as you reference the splash pans. All should be bumper color. I believe my 69 had "Silver White" which I think was correct for the early bays.
