2025 DVG St Patrick's World Tour!

Post by MrBreeze »

Ok,

At the get together last night 3 different St Patrick parades were mentioned. We need to work out which ones (or all, I'm hip) we're doing and who is doing them.

Saturday, March 8th - Bay Shore. I assume we're doing the one we always do. Carol and I are setting this one up

Saturday, March 15th - Massapequa Park. Debbie brought this one up. Wanna go? Someone want to set it up?

Sunday, March 16th - Wantagh. I think Raj set this one up last year? We had a great time with it, we just need to prepare better for the wait time :-)

So lets hear your thoughts. I'd like to get these nailed down in the next two weeks or so.So list below which ones you can make

Personally I'm good with all 3.

I am in for one of the two Saturdays - and the 16th (which is a Sunday)
I usually work on Saturdays, and can take off - but it isn't fair to expect my partner at work to cover both Saturdays for me.

Raj did ask me about the Wantagh parade - and to echo Rob's thoughts, I am in so long as we are better prepared - just let me know which of the Saturday parades we do.
I don't mind sticking with Bay Shore or trying Massapequa if folks want. I just personally won't be able to do both.

I think we should do Bay Shore and Wantagh. Raj, can you take the lead on Wantagh?
