thanks. I was actually so annoyed and watching the clock bc I didnt want to be late for my first fathers day dinner, that I was going to just leave it there and come back later with the Tundra. I'm thankful i had some fellow club guys there with some spare parts.

Let me know if you can use it.
got the pics. Let me compare the 66 fuse block to the my 65. My first guess is that it will be slightly different bc the 66 should have a 'hazard' switch, where the 65 doesnt. Thanks though Mike. BTW... it was nice to meet you in person finally.

I pulled the rotors off the tundra last night bc I wanted to drop them off to get cut while I was at work today. The plan was to take the 65 to work this morning. Woke up this am, played musical cars, got all my work stuff and rotors loaded into the bug...... no start. BASTARD! Damn starter issue again that I had in litchfeild. I was ' clean' and didnt want to be late for 9am conference call, so I took the wife's driver in to work. I'm gonna jump the starter tonite to see if thats it.... if not I'll add the relay or get a new hi torque starter. I love my old vw's.

All work and no play makes Raj a dull boy.
Busted out the 65 form winter storage today.
She's was dirty girl...
all douched up and ready for summer. I need to put some miles on her and see if anything needs to be done.

Rich???? Who? Where? Can I borrow some money? lol
All of my cars were purchased as basket cases or completely stripped and needed everything. The bulk of them cost me under $500 each. ( the baja was $50 from garretts junkyard in bethpage, corner of stewart ave and hemp tpk) But after years of working on them myself most can move under their own power at this point, some still cant.
