Sitting here in front of Mount Sinai in NYC and it feels like a movie. Nothing but streams of ambulances coming around the block and to the right a bunch of tents in central park. And of course the line of news vans as well. I keep saying it but the whole scene just doesn't seem real. We have definitely not seen anything like this before.

Very scary times and we haven't hit the peak yet. i hope Gemma stays healthy as well as you. Stay strong/
