Finally completed the repair of the chassis. Swapped the wheel cylinders and brake calipers from the Orange Ghia which were good but replaced the metal and rubber brake lines. Installed a new master cylinder as well. Married the body to the chassis and looks nice and solid. I have a door alignment issue but i read a few things on correcting that. Going through everything one by one and hope to have a complete car before too long!

Looks GOOD! Wish I'd made my chassis look that nice before assembly!

I'm getting ready to put the engine back in the ghia do I can move it around and found the air flaps on one side were rusted so they can't move. I'll get them green up and clean the rust but should I grease them when I put them back together?

The flaps have bronze bushings, the linkage does not. A bit of grease wont hurt, but will wash away sooner or later.
