In negotiations with toyota. We went out yesterday during the rain and sleet and lily says she felt a drip your roof is leaking daddy. Jess and I said shes joking. 5 minutes later jess says its dripping on her head. So I guess they did an ok job with the repair its 90 percent better drips instead of pints. Today the spare tire area was flooded. Tommorrow looks like a nice day for a trade in. Ita been fun negotiating with toyota dealers the last few days. Vw denied the buyback claim. Oh and the thermostat housing is weaping now too.

Toyota's stakeholding in Subaru is the biggest of its investments in other Japanese automakers, and is the latest in a long history of stakeholdings which date back more than half a century:

Smart move, that way you don't have to deal with the new owner when the roof leaks.

Tom the alltrack was definitely was Not a traditional automatic. It was a Borg Warner dq250. A DSG "Direkt-Schalt Getriebe" transmission. So you might be interested ? I'll talk to my boys at the toyota dealership and pass your phone number on to them. What do you think?

Here is a little info on the tranny

I missed the clutch pedal on that car. I knew I should have bought the manual. I would have had an easier time selling it to you tom !

Maybe i'll stop by and ask them if the sunroof leak has been fixed and if they'll guarantee it with a buy back.

That would be great glenn. I should use a junk email and toy around with them. Their own vw dealer says the leak was fixed. Same owner for both dealers.

Yeah there's a bunch for many years. Somehow I've been getting emails from lawyers for the last month regarding defending me in a case about the moonroof. Pretty funny.
