started installing the wiring harness. I noticed the ignition switch is fried out so I'm looking on TS for one. Mostly plug and play, and pray.

Buttoned up everything down low, replaced the master, new blue hoses, two new hard lines, installed dampner. I decided to spend the money on new calipers so they should have been shipped today. I have new rubber hoses, but can install the rest from the underneath later.

last year, i bough por 15's tank sealer kit and did my 65, thing tank, and the baja tank. ( this was done in my kitchen..... good times, good times... before i was married) The stuff is great, dries rock hard and coats everything very nicely. It got into some of the threads at the sender so it was time to clean it up

Live and learn. For those who went to etown last year with me...... this is the $3 part in your tank that you need.

When I worked at Monkey Ward as a service tech, they were too cheap to buy us contact cleaner. We'd use ketchup packets from Mickey D's. When tuning up a lawn tractor I'd pop off the ignition switch connector, do the tune up, then blow it out. If I had anything on hand to neutralize the acid I'd use it. Soaking the copper connections in the acid cleaned them up really well. Put a drop on a tarnished old penny for 15 minutes & see what it does.

Baja's looking good, btw!
