Well, the gloves came clean in the wash.

But the hands still need some work.

Re: AoT's White Wonder
Got back out to the winter "wonder" land to take stock of all that went on yesterday. Jacked it up and cleaned up with tranny and bottom of the cylinders with some simply green to keep on eye on anything leaking, same with the axle joints. Put down a sheet of cardboard to catch any leakage.
Gave the clutch cable a few sprays of PB Blaster to loosen it up and see if that helps getting it adjusted. Either that or I"ll just have to wear 3 inch stilettos to get the clutch pedal pushed down. Have a few styles in mind!!
Took the wonder for a local cruise, it shifts sooo much better and 2nd gear synchro is spot on. Need to get the carb adjusted since ii seems like it needs more gas than its getting. (I know you don't have that problem GR!!) Had to keep feathering the gas to keep it running.
Put on the new wipers blades and called the tech session a success!

the heavy rattle in the rear that you heard going to the parade and that has been there for months, haven't heard it since Saturday! Now I can listen to the stereo when I get it connected rather than tinny noises.

Must of been the front tranny mount. It was partially torn. I'm glad we replaced it.AoT wrote:GR:

Re: AoT's White Wonder
I'm waiting for something like this to greet me at my back door. Boo has found a stalking spot in the tree that came down in the storm that leans over the deck and on my "storage" tent. He sits and scans the yard and the wooded property looking for a score and after he has had enough he uses my tent as a trampoline to pounce on and slide off! the tent will be plenty aerated for the summer!!Glenn A wrote:AoT did your cat catch this?

Gave the wing nut on the clutch cable a few good shots of PB Blaster this week. So as not to undo all your effort from last week if I hold the cable with the vise grip and turn the wing nut, am I shortening up on the cable or lengthening it?
